Hay que hacer deporte, ejercicio, bailar y hacer educacion fisica porque asi nadie tiene daño a ningun sitio ni a la bariga ,cabeza,pierna.
comida sana
para que los niños esten bien i no se pongan enfermos teneis que comer bariado, comer mas fruta que carne, menos caramelos i mas verdura. I tendreis una boca contenta isin caries.
